Bee My Valentine Fun Fold Card

I’ve been in the studio today trying to stay warm and cozy. The arctic blast that’s sweeping across the U.S. is no joke. Whew! We’ve even had single digit temps here in Virginia! Crazy!

So today I decided to play with some fun, new Designer Series Paper and one of my favorite stamp sets that carried over from the previous catalog, Bee My Valentine. It’s so stinkin’ cute! First, here’s a peek at the card…

And when you open it up…..Voila! A surprise fold.

The Bee My Valentine Stamp Set and the Cute As Can Bee Designer Series Paper work perfectly together and the Petunia Pop card base is just the cat’s meow. Below you will find the card measurements, supply list and the video from my Facebook Live where I show you how to create it. Enjoy!

Bee My Valentine Fun Fold Card

Happy January!

BASIC WHITE CARDSTOCK: FIVE 1-7/8″ X 3-7/8″
DESIGNER SERIES PAPER: FOUR 1-3/4″ X 3-3/4″

SWEET SORBET CARDSTOCK: THREE 2-7/8″ X 2-7/8″

One of the bonuses of this particular fun fold is that you can show off several different patterns from the Designer Series Paper pack. I love how they all coordinate. The fold is also cool because you can display it standing up. Here’s a view from the top.
See how the right and left diamond panels tuck in behind the center one? Fun, right? I added a small Basic White panel on the back of the card to use for signing the card.

Both the stamps and the Designer Series Paper will work for lots of other occasions such as birthdays, babies/kids, scrapbooks and more.

Honey Bee Fun Fold Squash Card

Hello, Stampin’ Friends!

The sun is shining here today and it finally feels like spring.  I have to admit that being in “shelter in place” status is much easier for me when I can get outside and go for a walk or work in the yard.  Honestly, being able to stay creative and stamp to my heart’s content has been great medicine too.  It just brings me joy.  How about you?

Today’s card is one that is sure to make everyone smile.  Not only is the Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper bright and cheery….it has some stinkin’ cute zoo pals that just pop right off of the page.

Lots of Cheer Pop Up Card

It may be 100 degrees outside here where we live but we’re bringing in a little Christmas in July in today’s post.
The Lots of Cheer stamp set is one of the newest Christmas sets in the annual catalog and it honestly had me at “Hello!”.  I love all of the images but the snowman has to be my favorite.
Isn’t he just the cutest?  I thought it would be the perfect image for today’s pop up card.
