Bee My Valentine Fun Fold Card

Happy January!

SWEET SORBET CARDSTOCK: TWO 4″ X 8″ SCORED AT 2″, 4″ AND 6″ WITH THE 8″ EDGE ACROSS THE TOP.
BASIC WHITE CARDSTOCK: FIVE 1-7/8″ X 3-7/8″
DESIGNER SERIES PAPER: FOUR 1-3/4″ X 3-3/4″

DIAMONDS:
SWEET SORBET CARDSTOCK: THREE 2-7/8″ X 2-7/8″
BASIC WHITE CARDSTOCK: THREE 2-3/4″ X 2-3/4″, TWO 2-1/4″ X 2-1/4″ AND ONE MODERN OVAL PUNCH

INKS:SWEET SORBET, DAFFODIL DELIGHT, MEMENTO TUXEDO BLACK AND PETAL PINK
One of the bonuses of this particular fun fold is that you can show off several different patterns from the Designer Series Paper pack. I love how they all coordinate. The fold is also cool because you can display it standing up. Here’s a view from the top.
See how the right and left diamond panels tuck in behind the center one? Fun, right? I added a small Basic White panel on the back of the card to use for signing the card.

Both the stamps and the Designer Series Paper will work for lots of other occasions such as birthdays, babies/kids, scrapbooks and more.

The “Whale of a Time” 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper is the real “star” of the show.  The vibrant colors and under sea designs are just beautiful and perfect for all sorts of fun projects.
There’s also an easy embossing technique that I shared that is sure to have you reaching for ALL of your ink colors.  I used it on the stinkin’ cute whale image that was punched from one of the sheets of Designer Series Paper with the coordinating punch.

Birthday Bonanza Easel Card

Hello, Stampin’ Friends!

The sun is shining here today and it finally feels like spring.  I have to admit that being in “shelter in place” status is much easier for me when I can get outside and go for a walk or work in the yard.  Honestly, being able to stay creative and stamp to my heart’s content has been great medicine too.  It just brings me joy.  How about you?

Today’s card is one that is sure to make everyone smile.  Not only is the Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper bright and cheery….it has some stinkin’ cute zoo pals that just pop right off of the page.

This easel card is a quick one to make.  It uses just the paper and the dies from the bundle.  Here’s a peek at the inside…

Lots of Cheer Pop Up Card

Happy Monday, Friends!

It may be 100 degrees outside here where we live but we’re bringing in a little Christmas in July in today’s post.
The Lots of Cheer stamp set is one of the newest Christmas sets in the annual catalog and it honestly had me at “Hello!”.  I love all of the images but the snowman has to be my favorite.
Isn’t he just the cutest?  I thought it would be the perfect image for today’s pop up card.
